This lockdown has certainly felt the longest… and for most of us it has been.

The messages of support we’ve received and the commitment to our online classes has been both humbling and incredible! And we know some may think we’re all going through the motions until our full return, but the importance of consistency and energy in your weekly training is more powerful than you think.

The habit of showing up is a great one that will follow you through life, and if you have brought energy to our online training, the mental and physical benefits you will be benefiting from will be hard to understand; you would have to know how it would have felt to stop.

[Tired, lethargic, unmotivated…]

We want the Chikara comeback this time to be huge! So we’re not leaving that to chance; Behind the scenes we have been very busy…

Timetables

Firstly, we will have to remain flexible with restrictions, but we do plan to expand the timetable significantly! We want to add additional weekend classes for adults and also introduce classes for 3-5 year olds – an age group that has suffered from the lack of social interaction greatly.

After School Classes

As life gets back to normal, we will be here to help smooth the transition and keep our kids active! We had a taste of it at the start of 2020, but upon our return we will be looking to re-introduce After School classes as quickly as possible!

Above all this, we want to make sure the community can interact again… We don’t know how long this will be, but team building and celebrations are in the think tank for you all to look forward to!
